X Settles Workers’ Disability, Sex Bias Suits Over Musk Takeover

X Corp. settled claims in a couple of suits brought by employees alleging that Elon Musk’s mass layoffs in 2022 disproportionately impacted women and that his policies forced out workers with disabilities.

The former workers and X voluntarily dismissed the suits Tuesday, after notifying the US District Court for the Northern District of California of settlement agreements.
