Blackstone to Sell NYC Mall to TPG Venture for $425 Million

Blackstone Inc. agreed to sell a shopping center in Queens to a venture formed between TPG Inc. and Acadia Realty Trust.

Blackstone is in contract to sell The Shops at Skyview in Flushing for about $425 million, according to a person familiar with the deal, who asked not to be named discussing private information.

The complex sits less than a mile from Citi Field and an adjacent site where New York Mets owner Steve Cohen just won approval to operate a casino.
