BT Group Plc is looking to combine its Global Services division, which sells security and cloud computing products, with its Enterprise unit, which serves business and government customers in the UK, as part of a cost-cutting drive, the Telegraph reported.
Merging the businesses could reduce expenses by as much as £20 million, the newspaper said, citing an unidentified industry source.
A BT spokesman told the newspaper that the businesses had some overlap.
