Versant Media Group Inc., created in January when Comcast Corp. spun off many of its cable TV networks, reported full-year financial results that exceeded analysts’ expectations.
The company, which owns CNBC, MS NOW and USA Network, posted revenue of $6.69 billion for 2025, according to a statement Tuesday, beating Wall Street estimates of $6.64 billion. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization totaled $2.18 billion on a standalone basis, compared with expectations for $2.17 billion.
