The Amsterdam-listed company is working with advisers to explore options for a unit that invests in liquid strategies, including a tie-up with another firm, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information.
The talks with potential partners are at an early stage and there’s no certainty of a deal for the liquid funds business, which manages roughly €10 billion ($11.5 billion), the people added.
