Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. is creating a new strategy committee and agreed to work with Elliott Investment Management on ways to help the software company boost value.
Robert Calderoni, the former chief executive officer of Citrix Systems Inc., will join as a director and will chair the strategy committee, Hewlett Packard said in a statement on Wednesday. Other members of the committee will include Gary Reiner, Raymond Lane and Charles Noski.
