Bryan Lowrance joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in its M&A practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Lowrance joins from Ropes & Gray, where he was promoted to counsel in 2024. He focuses on mergers, stock purchases, asset purchases, carve-out and spin-off transactions, with work concentrated in the life sciences and health care sector.
