Statkraft Sells Enerfin Colombia to Ecopetrol; Terms Not Given

Statkraft signs agreement to sell Enerfin Colombia, its renewables portfolio in that country, to national oil company Ecopetrol; financial details not disclosed.

• Sale expected to be completed during the 3Q subject to approvals from the relevant authorities
• NOTE: Enerfin Colombia is based in Bogota and has eight projects under development and the 130 MW Porton del Sol solar plant
