An ex-Louis Vuitton in-house lawyer will ask the Second Circuit today to revive her sexual harassment and retaliation claims against LVMH in a case set to scrutinize the world’s biggest luxury conglomerate.

A lower court said Andowah Newton must arbitrate allegations that pre-date a federal law voiding forced arbitration agreements for sexual harassment claims.
