NFL Must Face Flores’ Race Bias Lawsuit

The US Supreme Court is forcing the NFL to face a race bias suit after the justices denied a request to move Brian Flores’ lawsuit into arbitration, Justin Wise reports.
In declining the case, the justices cleared the way for some of Flores’ claims to proceed, while avoiding the issue of whether Commissioner Roger Goodell can be the arbitrator over discrimination claims against the league and its teams.
