NYC Hudson Yards-Area Apartment Tower Sells for $129 Million

Amstar Group agreed to buy a 33-story luxury apartment tower in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood for $129 million.

The property, known as Henry Hall, was sold by a joint venture of Shorenstein Investment Advisers and Dreamscape Cos., according to an emailed statement from brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., which represented the sellers in the deal.

The building at 515 W. 38th St. was completed in 2017. It has roughly 225 units, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with about 12,500 square feet (1,160 square meters) of ground-floor retail space. Amenities include a landscaped terrace offering views ...
