Arkansas Reduces Top Individual, Corporate Income Tax Rate

The Arkansas Governor signed a law that includes: 1) reducing the top individual income tax rate to 3.7 percent beginning with tax year 2026; and 2) reducing the top corporate income tax rate to 4.1 percent beginning with tax year 2027. The law takes effect 91 days after the final adjournment of the legislative session. [S.B. 1, enacted 05/06/26]
