Jamaica Announces Proposed July 2026 Increase in Weekly Minimum Wage Rate

The Jamaican Government March 24 announced a proposed increase in the weekly national minimum wage rate, effective July 1. The announcement includes the proposed increase, to J$17,000 (US$107.86), from J$16,000 (US$101.52), per 40-hour work week. [Jamaica, Government Portal, 03/24/26]
