The hourly minimum wage in Santa Rosa, California, will rise to $18.21 from $17.87 effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to an update on the city’s website.
The city released an updated minimum wage notice in English and Spanish. The notice must be posted in an area frequented by employees where is can easily be read during the workday, according to Santa Rosa’s website.
California announced in August that the statewide minimum wage will rise to $16.90 from $16.50 for 2026.
