Proskauer Rose and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom are helping the XFL and USFL in a merger attempt that could create a new consortium for football games in the spring.
Skadden corporate partners Thaddeus Hartmann and Jeffrey Brill are leading a team from the law firm working on the matter for the XFL. Proskauer corporate partner Wayne Katz and associate Sean Wildes are representing the USFL.
