Andreessen Horowitz Backs Harvey at an $8 Billion Valuation

Harvey, a startup building artificial intelligence tools for law firms, has closed its third major funding round of 2025 — bringing its valuation to $8 billion, according to a person familiar with the deal.

The company raised $150 million in the financing, said the person, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. Andreessen Horowitz led the deal, the person said.

A Harvey spokesperson declined to comment. Andreessen Horowitz did not respond to a request for comment. Forbes reported earlier on the new round.
