Borsight Inc. can move ahead with the US Air Force’s $2.2 billion maximum value contract for avionics replacement for a type of aircraft and simulators, the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion made public Monday.
Stevens Aerospace & Defense Systems LLC and iAccess Technologies Inc. failed to show in their protests that Borsight’s proposal had technical flaws that required disqualifying it from consideration, Judge David A. Tapp of the US Court of Federal Claims said. The court issued its judgment May 19.
