Plaintiffs suing DMS Health Technologies have elected to dismiss their data breach lawsuit against the medical imaging equipment company with prejudice, according to a stipulation.
DMS collected certain personal data as a result of its business with other healthcare companies, the plaintiffs previously told the US District Court for the District of North Dakota, including birthdays, physician names, and exam types. DMS suffered a data breach in 2023, the plaintiffs said.
