Michael Darby joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in its M&A group within the Corporate Department, the firm announced Monday.
Darby’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters, including securities laws, corporate governance, activism defense and Delaware law. He has represented clients across the life sciences, industrials, financial services, consumer and retail, technology and energy industries, the firm said.
He joins from Dechert LLP.
