Rebellions Inc. raised $250 million from investors including Arm Holdings Plc to mass produce its chip and speed up product development in a competitive AI market.
The South Korean startup closed a Series C financing round at a valuation of $1.4 billion, the company said in a statement. Arm joined as a strategic partner to accelerate innovation for next-generation data center infrastructure, it said.
Samsung Ventures, the VC arm of Pegatron Corp. and Lion X Ventures Pte also participated, alongside existing backers such as the Korea Development Bank and Korelya Capital.
