AMC Secures $425m Credit Facility to Refinance Odeon Notes

AMC Entertainment secured a commitment letter with Deutsche Bank for a $425 million senior secured credit facility to refinance its Odeon unit’s 12.75% notes due 2027.

• New facility will consist of senior secured term loan due 2031
• Loan will carry fixed 10.50% interest rate with 2.00% original issue discount
• AMC decided not to proceed with previously announced senior notes offering
