Blackstone Inc.’s Kathleen McCarthy, who helped lead the firm’s $320 billion real estate business, will leave the company after 15 years at the alternative asset manager.
McCarthy, 47, the global co-head of Blackstone Real Estate, is stepping down by the end of the year to explore new opportunities, according to the company. Nadeem Meghji, 45, who has been co-head of the real estate operation alongside McCarthy, will become the sole head of the business.
