Citymapper App Owner Via, Holders Raise $492.9 Million in IPO

Public transportation software maker Via Transportation Inc. and some of its shareholders raised $492.9 million in a US initial public offering priced above a marketed range.

The maker of the Citymapper mobile navigation app and some of its backers sold 10.7 million shares for $46 per share, according to a statement Thursday, after marketing them for $40 to $44 each. The offering was well oversubscribed, Bloomberg News reported earlier.
