Deutsche Boerse Reaches €5.3 Billion Buyout Deal of Allfunds

Deutsche Boerse AG agreed to acquire European fund distribution platform Allfunds Group Plc for about €5.3 billion ($6.2 billion) in cash and stock.

The German exchange operator struck a deal to buy Allfunds for €8.80 a share, according to a statement Wednesday confirming an earlier Bloomberg report. That’s made up of €6 in cash for each share of Allfunds, 0.0122 Deutsche Boerse share for each Allfunds share, and a cash dividend of as much as €0.20 per Allfunds share to be paid in May.
