Emergency services company RapidSOS raised $100 million in a deal led by Apax Digital Funds to help it expand, including internationally.
RapidSOS announced the fundraising in a statement Wednesday that confirmed a Bloomberg News report. The funding round values New York-based RapidSOS at more than $1 billion, a person familiar with the matter said, asking not to be identified because the information was confidential.
RapidSOS and Apax declined to comment on the valuation, which according to data provider PitchBook compares with a $625 million valuation after a $150 million round in March 2024.
