Spain’s Nostrum Seeks to Sell Stakes in Its Data Center Projects

Spain’s Nostrum Group aims to raise as much as €400 million ($468 million) by selling stakes in data centers as it seeks to tap surging demand for artificial intelligence.

Nostrum expects to receive non-binding offers for as much as 60% of its overall data center business by the end of July, Chief Executive Officer Gabriel Nebreda said in an interview in Madrid. Investors are being invited to bid for stakes in Nostrum’s portfolio, which is formed by six data center projects of various sizes and has a total capacity of 400 megawatts.
