SEC Says EDGAR Closed Dec. 24, 25 And 26

The SEC said its EDGAR filing system will be closed for three days around Christmas, with filings due on those dates deemed timely if submitted when the system reopens.

• Dec. 24 and Dec. 26 treated as federal holidays for filing purposes
• EDGAR filing websites will not be operational during closure
• Filings will not be accepted on those dates
• EDGAR to resume normal operations Dec. 29
• NOTE: NYSE, Nasdaq Say Stock-Market Hours Unchanged on Dec. 24 and 26
