An XRP token buyer agreed to drop his a California securities law claim that was keeping alive a seven-year-old lawsuit against Ripple Labs Inc.

Ripple waived the right to collect on costs taxed against the buyer in the US District Court for the Northern District of California and Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the parties said, seeking a dismissal of the suit April 3.
