The Senate has stepped up confirmations of President Donald Trump’s judicial nominees, as just a handful now remain in the pipeline with the administration slow to announce new picks.
Lawmakers voted to approve five selections for district courts in Arkansas, Texas, Alaska, and Missouri this week, and teed up votes for two others for seats in Tennessee and Indiana.
