A Trump administration proposal could incentivize states to undo their own Obamacare marketplace coverage requirements for disease screenings and fertility treatments, Lauren Clason reports.
- “While the proposal does not outright prohibit state mandates, it does create a financial incentive for states to repeal or invalidate state mandates,” the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network wrote to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
