Blue States to Challenge Trump’s New Tariffs: States of Play

Attorneys general from New York, California and Oregon said a group of states is planning to file a lawsuit in the Court of International Trade over Trump’s order placing a 10% tax on imports that took effect Feb. 24. The president has said he plans to increase the levy to 15%.
