California lawmakers brimming with ideas for AI laws

EXCLUSIVE: CALIFORNIA LAWMAKERS will target AI next year and are already brimming with ideas for new legislation — beyond reviving failed AI bills from this past year. Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan (D), who chairs the assembly’s privacy committee that oversees all AI legislation, will be key to advancing new AI bills.
