Caremark to Pay $32 Million in Oklahoma Health Settlement (1)

Pharmacy benefit manager CVS Caremark must pay more than $32 million to Oklahoma under an agreement announced by the attorney general’s office Tuesday over discounts and rebates that the state says should have been delivered to patients.

The settlement agreement covers manufacturer payments to Caremark that the Oklahoma attorney general’s office alleged were required to go to the state’s HealthChoice plan for state employees from January 2020 through December 2024.
