EPA Unveils Water Rule Limiting State Power to Block Projects

The Environmental Protection Agency plans to reverse a Biden administration rule that enabled states and tribes to veto fossil fuels and other infrastructure projects under the Clean Water Act, the agency announced Tuesday.
