IBM Retains $162 Million IT Order From US Immigration Agency

IBM can move forward with a $162 million task order to provide IT architecture and engineering to US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.

Protester Guidehouse Digital LLC failed to show that the agency unreasonably excluded its proposal from the competition because of flaws in its staffing plan, the US Government Accountability Office said. Guidehouse didn’t explain any benefit the agency would receive from its approach, the decision said.
