The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration can proceed with contract awards to @Orchard LLC under scientific and environmental data collection procurements, the US Court of Federal Claims said.
International Business Sales and Services Corp. and Fish and Lynker Ocean Alliance Team Partners LLC failed to show they have standing to protest the contracts, Senior Judge Eric G. Bruggink said in an opinion made public Wednesday.
