Countries involved in the global tax pact negotiations are considering more guidance on its treatment of deferred losses in countries that have multiple levels of taxation.
“This is something we’re already working with the Inclusive Framework on,” Juan Carlos Perez Pena, adviser of aggressive tax planning at the OECD, said Monday during a session of the International Fiscal Association’s 2023 tax conference in Cancun, Mexico.
