Philipp Stanek joined DLA Piper as a partner in its tax practice in Vienna, the firm announced.
Stanek provides international tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and corporate restructurings. He advises multinational and domestic corporations on cross border deal structuring, debt and equity financing structures, and tax due diligence. His service portfolio includes M&A-related tax work, international tax work, domestic corporate tax advice, tax due diligence, and tax litigation, the firm said.
He joins from Baker McKenzie Austria.
