China’s Wingtech Technology Co. warned the Dutch government’s seizure of chipmaking unit Nexperia may hit its bottomline if it cannot take back control by end of the year.
“If control of Nexperia cannot be restored before the end of 2025, the company may face temporary downward pressure on revenue, profit and cash flow,” the Shanghai-listed electronics firm said in its latest quarterly earnings report on Friday.
The Jiaxing-based company reported a better-than-expected earnings in the third quarter, with revenue from its semiconductor business rising 12.2% year-on-year, driven by robust demand across its product lines, according to its filing. ...
