Court Rules Trump’s 10% Tariffs Unlawful
A federal trade court has ruled that President Donald Trump’s 10% global tariffs are unlawful, Erik Larson and Zoe Tillman report.
The decision is another setback for the administration’s economic agenda, coming only months after the Supreme Court vacated levies imposed by Trump.
