Jilted SpaceX Investor Seeks Reversal
The “Musk-iverse” still includes Delaware, even if Elon Musk’s companies no longer call it home.
The term comes from Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster’s July 2025 Chancery Court opinion finding a major SpaceX investor had little choice but to drop a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of China’s Leo Group from a consortium formed to buy a piece of Musk’s rocket venture. (Musk wasn’t directly involved in the litigation.)
