Omar Samji joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its energy and infrastructure practice group in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Samji, who joins from Weil Gotshal & Manges, advises energy companies, infrastructure sponsors, and investors on M&A, private equity, and debt investments, as well as project development. He focuses on the acquisition, development, and deployment of energy and infrastructure assets spanning power and renewable solutions, the firm said.
