The Chinese government published guidance for its companies subject to the global minimum tax in Ireland, Denmark, and the United Arab Emirates.
The country’s State Tax Administration said in a Wednesday press release that the “Country-Specific Implementation Guidelines for the Global Minimum Tax Rule” are designed for Chinese enterprises “going global.”
The guidance for these three countries includes information for Chinese companies to help comply with the minimum levy, as well as the original global minimum tax texts from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
