President Donald Trump plans to tap a litigator behind efforts to prevent transgender athletes from participating in women’s sports to be a federal judge in Indiana.
Trump announced his intention in a TruthSocial post Friday to nominate Justin Olson of Kroger Gardis & Regas, LLP to sit on the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He praised Olson for his work “fighting tirelessly to keep men out of women’s sports.”
