Deloitte Workers’ Retirement Plan Fee Challenge Rejected Again

A lawsuit accusing Deloitte LLP of mismanaging its 401(k) plan fell flat when the federal judge who dismissed the proposed class case in January blocked plan participants from filing an amended complaint.

The participants’ new complaint doesn’t fix the problems that plagued their original one, Judge John G. Koeltl of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said.
