Kenneth Suh joined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its Chicago office, the firm announced Feb. 20.
Suh’s practice focuses on litigation and compliance matters involving artificial intelligence, data privacy and intellectual property. He has served as lead counsel in more than 100 enforcement, compliance, and litigation matters before federal courts and administrative agencies, including security and privacy cases involving the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the firm said.
He joins from McDonald Hopkins LLC, according to his LinkedIn profile.
