The Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General is initiating an audit of the department’s compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, according to a statement from the agency.
- OIG will review the Justice Department’s process for collecting and redacting material consistent with the requirements of the act, statement says
- OIG will issue a public report of the results when the audit is complete, statement says
