Youth undergarment company Lola Olivia Inc. can again sell chest binders in Texas that state attorney general Ken Paxton (R) said can injure lungs and permanently impair breastfeeding, a state court judge ruled Tuesday.
The decision from Judge William C. Sowder to deny Paxton’s application for a temporary injunction also dissolves a temporary restraining order he issued earlier this month that temporarily blocked the company from selling binders.
