Joseph C. Mandarino joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its tax practice in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.
Mandarino advises clients on domestic and international tax matters, including structuring M&A transactions and private equity funds as well as workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcies.
He represents purchasers and sellers in complex cross-border transactions and structures private equity funds across a range of asset classes and investor types, the firm said.
