The Supreme Court agreed to consider if the US Postal Service can be held liable for not delivering mail to a Texas woman who claims her carrier discriminated against her because she’s Black.
In an order Monday, the justices accepted the federal government’s appeal of a lower court ruling that allowed Lebene Konan’s lawsuit to proceed under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
